Cleanup takes like two minutes, maybe even less. It’s sooo easy and I’m done before I even think about it.

"Registry was nice, just a little clunky"
We use Lalo for our baby registry and overall it was okay. The stuff on there is really nice, but adding gifts and changing things around get a little confusing sometimes. I also wish the shipping info was more clear because I wasn’t always sure what was happening with it.

I do like the products, but shopping on the site wasn’t the best experience. Some pages were loading slowly, and my cart kept doing weird stuff when I tried switching colors and things like that. Checkout did work eventually, so that was fine, but it took longer than it really should have. Overall, not the smoothest process
"Expected better for the price"
I really wanted this to be something I’d use regularly, but it just didn’t live up to what I had in mind. The site felt clunky, pages were slower than I expected, and even simple stuff took too much digging to find. A few buttons were also weird on my phone, which made it more frustrating. For what it costs, I thought the whole experience would feel a lot smoother. In the end, it was more hassle than it was worth.

"Solid Order Experience"
I ordered from meetlalo and everything arrived exactly as it should, no missing pieces, no mix-ups, nothing weird. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but the tracking updated often enough that I wasn’t left wondering where it was. Overall, it was a smooth experience. The order was fulfilled correctly, the box was packed well, and I’d definitely order again. I’d just plan ahead if I needed something really quickly.

I bought from Lalo thinking it would be something we could use through a bunch of stages, but it hasn’t worked as well now that my toddler is getting bigger. I feel like I’m always in a rush when I’m trying to adjust it, and it ends up being more frustrating than it should be. We still had to buy other stuff anyway, which was disappointing. For the price, I really expected it to grow with us a little better...

I ordered from Lalo i was kind of second-guessing myself because baby stuff gets expensive so fast. The payment options really helped, though. Not having to pay for everything all at once made the purchase feel a lot less stressful. I was a little worried the financing part might be confusing, but it was actually simple to choose at checkout. Everything went through without any issues, and my order confirmation showed up quickly. Overall, it made the whole buying process way easier than I expected.

"Slow response and not much help"
As someone who’s patient but really values clear support, this was frustrating. It took forever to hear back, and when they finally did reply, it didn’t actually solve my issue. I ended up feeling like my time wasn’t really respected.

"Pretty smooth delivery"
Got my order quicker than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking updated fine, and the box showed up in good shape. I’m not giving it 5 stars because it did sit for a day before it started moving, but overall, yeah, it was a good experience

"Clean site, but I expected a little more personality"
The site is clean and easy to browse, which is what I was hoping for. The colors are nice too, but I expected the overall design to have a bit more character. Some parts feel a little too simple, so while it works well enough, it didn’t quite stand out as much as I thought it would
"Did not work for my toddler"
My toddler kept squirming the whole time and wanted to get out quickly. It just did not seem comfortable enough for everyday use.

"Solid high chair, just wish the extras were cheaper"
I picked up the Lalo high chair along with a couple of the extras, i feel like it’s a fair price for what you get. It feels really sturdy, looks nice in our kitchen, and it’s been easy to wipe down after meals, which is a big thing for us. It’s not super cheap, but it also doesn’t feel cheap, if that makes sense. I’ve bought some baby stuff before that felt flimsy right away, and this doesn’t have that vibe at all. Shipping was totally fine too. I’m only taking off one star because the add-ons are a little pricey, maybe a little too pricey for what they are.

"The material feels decent for…"
The material feels decent for a price, but a stitching on mine could definitely be better. It’s not awful or anything, just has the few uneven spots that make it feel a little less finished.

"Tracking updates were frustrating"
I ordered from meetlalo and the product itself is totally fine, but the tracking was kind of a pain. I barely got any updates, so I kept having to check it myself, and then it just didn’t change for days. For what it costs, I expected the communication to be a lot better. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but definitely not a great one.
"Discount code didn’t work… make it make sense"
I tried using the discount code at checkout and it just wouldn’t work. I reached out to support thinking they’d be able to fix it or at least explain what was going on, but they weren’t really helpful. Like, if you’re going to advertise a code, it should actually work… make it make sense.

"Pretty solid packaging overall"
I got my order the other day and at first I was mostly just trying to figure out the easiest way to get into the box because it was sealed up tightly. It took a little more effort than I expected, but not in a huge annoying way. Once I finally opened it, everything inside looked good. No dents, nothing broken, and the box itself felt sturdy, so overall I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Good overall, but a few little hassles"
I’m happy with it overall, but there were a couple of small issues that were a bit annoying. Nothing major, and it still does what I needed, but I didn’t have the energy to go back and forth with service again over minor stuff. So I’m keeping it and hoping it holds up

"Got wobbly after a few months"

"I bought the chair assuming I could..."
I bought the chair assuming I could just pick up the extra tray and cushion later, but that has turned into a whole ongoing hassle. Every time I check, the accessories are either out of stock or only available in some random color that doesn’t match what I bought.
I even signed up for the restock emails, and somehow I still missed the chance to order them. At this point it’s really frustrating, because the chair is marketed like it’s part of a full setup, but the pieces you need to complete it are nearly impossible to actually get.
Customer service was polite when I reached out, but being nice doesn’t really solve the problem. I’ve had to keep following up, and for the price of this chair, I shouldn’t have to chase down basic accessories like this.
